Ecommerce UX is about designing the ultimate user experience for shoppers. This project showcases my ability to figure out what will provide the users a simple, logical, and enjoyable shopping in a Jewelry Birthstone store.

User Persona

This user persona is is an ideal fit for an e-commerce jewelry website because she is a fashion-conscious professional who values both style and practicality.By catering to Sarah's needs and preferences, the e-commerce jewelry website can provide her with elegant, versatile pieces that enhance her professional image, allowing her to confidently engage with clients and achieve her career goal.

Wireframe

The wireframe is a visual representation of the structure of a website. It is a blueprint that helps to plan the layout of the website. Using the design tool Figma to layout the Sparkle Ecommerce website.

Challenges

The challenge I faced was time management. Completing all the processes in just four weeks, on top of the other projects I was working on, really tested my skills. I had to handle everything from creating the user journey to prototyping, all while ensuring a better user experience.

Unique Solutions

To overcome the time management challenged, I implemented a detailed project plan with clear milestones and deadlines. I prioritized tasks based on their impact and urgency, and used project management tools like Notion to stay organized. Additionally, I set aside dedicated time blocks each day for focused work on specific tasks, which helped me stay on track and maintain productivity. This structured approach allowed me to efficiently manage my time and ensure a seamless user journey and effective prototyping, ultimately enhancing the user experience.
